I had a gift card for a person and it was stolen. I thought it was gone with no recourse. I reached out to Norman loves customer service. They have given me the best and the most phenomenal treatment ever. They definitely made sure that somebody else can’t enjoy They went way beyond quality and making things right for me Now I get to enjoy it Thank you again I appreciate Everything the staff has done

This was my first visit, and I chose this place based on its positive reviews, expecting to have a pleasant experience with my mother. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We arrived at 3:30 PM, fully aware that closing time on Sundays is 4:00 PM. A posted closing time implies that service should still be provided until then. However, upon arrival, we were met by an employee named Renee, whose behavior was unprofessional and discourteous. My mother simply mentioned that crepes were offered and was considering ordering one. Renee responded that they were no longer making them because they close in 30 minutes, but did so in a rude and dismissive manner. While it is understandable that certain items may not be available close to closing, there is no justification for speaking to customers in that way. A respectful explanation would have been entirely appropriate. Customer service is fundamental to any business, and the way customers are treated should never be compromised. Renee’s conduct reflects poorly on the establishment and should be addressed. I do want to acknowledge that another employee later assisted us and provided a much better experience, which we appreciated.

First time coming here to eat. I had the turkey and cheddar crepe, Taylor took care of my order. phenomenal customer service, will be coming back!!

This place has the best chocolate strawberries! They have a deal for Valentine to buy one, get one free chocolate strawberry. I also get a chance to try out their other chocolate flavors! Super delicious. I recommend coming here to try out their chocolate and purchase some for your love ones. The chocolate is a bit pricey, but it’s sure make you feel warm and love.

Ooooooh, my- the desserts! Some of the best we have ever had! And cappuccino was wonderful. I love their chocolates, quite fancy, a great gift but on the expensive side. Tried their crepes- “pretty good”, but the ham and Swiss cheese very salty, would not order it again. Fun gifts: milk chocolate alligator for kids and fancy high heeled milk chocolate shoe in a cheetah design . But the DESSERTS ARE WORTH EVERY penny and saving your calories for.
